They know the meaning of customer service! I feel confident I can take my car in for work to be done and not feel they are going to "snow me" with unnecessary repairs and costs. They diagnosis the problem, spell out the problem, explain the options, and take the time to explain the consequences of alternatives and what needs to be done.
